We are seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead global strategy and execution across our end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. This executive will oversee procurement, inventory management, fulfillment operations, transportation networks, and last-mile delivery systems, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and customer experience standards.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the VP will play a critical role in building a scalable, efficient, and technology-driven supply chain that supports the organization’s global ambitions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain and logistics strategy aligned with business growth, customer expectations, and operational excellence.

• Oversee end-to-end operations, including procurement, inventory planning, warehouse operations, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

• Lead transformation initiatives focused on automation, robotics, AI-driven forecasting, and real-time logistics optimization.

• Optimize global fulfillment networks, including distribution center design, capacity planning, and route optimization.

• Drive improvements in delivery speed, service levels, and cost efficiency across all logistics functions.

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and global supply partners.

• Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per unit, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead sustainability initiatives across logistics operations, including carbon reduction, energy efficiency, and green transportation strategies.

• Oversee supply chain risk management, including disruption mitigation, contingency planning, and resilience strategies.

• Collaborate with technology teams to integrate digital platforms, analytics tools, and automation systems.

• Manage global budgets, capital investments, and cost optimization initiatives.

• Build and lead high-performing global teams across supply chain and logistics functions.

• Provide executive-level reporting to the COO, CEO, and board on operational performance and strategic initiatives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.

• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

• 15–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain, logistics, or operations management.

• Proven experience managing large-scale e-commerce or high-volume distribution networks.

• Strong expertise in warehouse operations, transportation management, and last-mile delivery models.

• Experience implementing automation, robotics, and digital supply chain technologies.

• Deep understanding of supply chain analytics, demand forecasting, and network optimization.

• Experience managing relationships with 3PLs, carriers, and global logistics partners.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large operational budgets.

• Demonstrated success in leading large, multi-regional teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $410,000 – $515,000
