The Vice President of Operations will serve as a key executive leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing large-scale operational functions across multiple regions. This role demands a leader who can balance strategic vision with execution discipline, driving efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional teams spanning operations, supply chain, service delivery, and process optimization, ensuring that all operational activities are aligned with corporate strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for operational performance, cost efficiency, and enterprise scalability.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee global operations across multiple business units and regions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Drive performance through data-driven KPIs, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage large-scale teams across operations, logistics, service delivery, and process management functions.
  • Implement advanced technologies, including AI, automation, and analytics, to enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure alignment of operations with business objectives, customer expectations, and financial targets.
  • Oversee resource planning, workforce management, and capacity optimization strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, including supply chain disruptions, inefficiencies, and performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20+ years of experience in operations leadership within large-scale global organizations.
  • Proven track record managing multi-region operations with P&L accountability.
  • Strong expertise in process optimization, supply chain management, and operational transformation.
  • Experience with ERP systems, analytics platforms, and operational performance tools.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $394,000 – $515,000 base + executive bonus + long-term equity incentives
