The Vice President of Operations will serve as a key executive leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing large-scale operational functions across multiple regions. This role demands a leader who can balance strategic vision with execution discipline, driving efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
You will lead cross-functional teams spanning operations, supply chain, service delivery, and process optimization, ensuring that all operational activities are aligned with corporate strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee global operations across multiple business units and regions.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Drive performance through data-driven KPIs, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage large-scale teams across operations, logistics, service delivery, and process management functions.
- Implement advanced technologies, including AI, automation, and analytics, to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure alignment of operations with business objectives, customer expectations, and financial targets.
- Oversee resource planning, workforce management, and capacity optimization strategies.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, including supply chain disruptions, inefficiencies, and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in operations leadership within large-scale global organizations.
- Proven track record managing multi-region operations with P&L accountability.
- Strong expertise in process optimization, supply chain management, and operational transformation.
- Experience with ERP systems, analytics platforms, and operational performance tools.
- Demonstrated success in implementing automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $394,000 – $515,000 base + executive bonus + long-term equity incentives
