As the Vice President of Business Development, you will lead the organisation responsible for expanding our footprint across the U.S. and international markets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy Leadership: Define and execute long-term business development strategies to expand enterprise customer portfolio and drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth.

  • Market Expansion: Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments for strategic penetration.

  • Enterprise Partnerships: Develop and manage high-impact partnerships with technology providers, integrators, enterprise buyers, and industry alliances.

  • Sales Leadership: Lead deal pursuits, executive negotiations, contract discussions, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.

  • Customer Engagement: Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with enterprise clients across technology, digital transformation, operations, and product teams.

  • Revenue Accountability: Oversee pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and revenue optimisation across business units.

  • Go-To-Market Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Solution Engineering to strengthen messaging, positioning, and market strategy.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding, execution, and customer satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership: Manage a national team of Directors, Senior BD Leaders, and Partner Development Managers.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Revenue Leadership, including at least 5 years at the executive or VP level.

  • Proven success in building and scaling revenue pipelines within technology, SaaS, cloud platforms, enterprise software, or digital transformation companies.

  • Strong experience closing complex enterprise deals and managing strategic partnerships.

  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and modern go-to-market models.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership managing high-performing, multi-location business development teams.

  • Excellent negotiation, financial acumen, and relationship management capabilities.

  • Partner closely with the CEO, CRO, COO, and Executive Leadership Team to shape market strategy and commercial growth planning.

  • Provide insights into competitive positioning, pricing strategy, and revenue modelling.

  • Support long-term business planning and investment decisions using market intelligence and financial analysis.

  • Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineering to align offerings with market demand and emerging customer needs.

  • Influence go-to-market innovations, partner ecosystem development, and enterprise expansion strategies.


Working Conditions

  • Remote role with periodic travel to client sites, industry events, executive meetings, and partner engagements.

  • Requires flexibility to support customers and teams across multiple U.S. time zones.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $225,000 – $288,000

  • Executive Bonus: Annual performance incentive
