The Senior Technical Project Manager will play a critical role in driving the execution of high-impact technical programs across multiple engineering teams and product lines. This role requires a leader who can bridge the gap between engineering, product, and business stakeholders, ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

You will oversee end-to-end program delivery, manage dependencies across teams, and implement best practices in project management, Agile delivery, and technical execution. This is a high-visibility role where your leadership will directly influence platform scalability, product innovation, and operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale technical projects and cross-functional engineering programs.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
• Track and report project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Oversee delivery of complex systems, including cloud platforms, APIs, and distributed architectures.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, security requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in technical project or program management within large-scale technology environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-team engineering initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe are preferred.

• Compensation Package: $344,000 – $475,000 base + performance bonus + equity incentives
