Job Description
About the Role
This is not a traditional operations role centered on static processes or incremental efficiency gains. As Senior Operations Manager, you will take ownership of a dynamic, AI-orchestrated logistics ecosystem where fulfillment centers, robotics fleets, predictive demand systems, and cross-border supply networks operate as a unified intelligence layer.
You will lead operations in an environment where decisions are increasingly augmented or autonomously executed by machine learning systems. Your responsibility is to ensure these systems perform reliably at scale while continuously refining operational strategy to meet volatile global demand patterns.
The role requires a rare blend of operational rigor, systems thinking, and technological fluency. You will oversee complex workflows that span automated warehouses, real-time inventory positioning, and last-mile delivery optimization. More importantly, you will redefine how operations scale, shifting from reactive execution to predictive and self-correcting systems.
Your success will not be measured solely by cost reduction or throughput, but by your ability to build resilient, intelligent operations that anticipate disruption, self-optimize, and maintain exceptional service levels under pressure.

- Oversee integration and performance of robotics systems, warehouse automation, and AI-driven orchestration platforms
- Design and implement operational frameworks that enable predictive inventory allocation and demand forecasting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using advanced analytics, simulation models, and real-time operational data
- Establish KPIs that go beyond traditional metrics, focusing on system adaptability, latency reduction, and failure recovery
- Partner with engineering teams to refine algorithms governing routing, capacity planning, and load balancing
- Ensure operational resilience by designing contingency protocols for supply chain disruptions and system anomalies
- Manage cross-functional teams spanning logistics, engineering, data science, and regional operations
- Oversee vendor and partner ecosystems to ensure alignment with performance, scalability, and compliance standards
