The Senior IT Project Manager plays a critical leadership role in delivering high-impact technology programs at scale. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams across geographies, manage large budgets, and oversee complex technical implementations involving cloud migration, system integration, enterprise software deployment, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, program management expertise, and executive-level communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans aligned with business and technology objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee execution of projects involving cloud migration, enterprise system implementation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure the successful and timely delivery of complex programs.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise IT standards.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in IT project/program management within large enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar IT projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise systems, and software development lifecycles.
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $274,000 – $398,000 base + performance bonus + long-term incentives
