As we continue expanding experiential retail and omnichannel integration, we are seeking a performance-driven Retail Manager to lead flagship store operations, team development, sales optimization, and brand execution at scale.
This is not a floor-supervision role. This is a high-impact retail leadership mandate in a flagship luxury environment.
Job Function
The Retail Manager will oversee all aspects of flagship store performance, including sales strategy execution, team leadership, merchandising standards, operational compliance, inventory governance, and elevated client engagement. This leader ensures financial targets are met while preserving luxury service standards and brand integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drive overall store P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin optimization, and expense management.

Lead daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory controls, loss prevention compliance, and visual merchandising execution.

Develop and execute localized sales strategies aligned with national marketing campaigns and seasonal product launches.

Implement KPI dashboards tracking conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and client retention metrics.

Build and lead a high-performing retail team through structured coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.

Oversee clienteling initiatives, including VIP outreach, appointment scheduling, and luxury service personalization programs.

Partner with regional merchandising teams to maintain elevated store presentation and inventory turnover optimization.

Strengthen omnichannel integration, including buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS) and cross-channel fulfillment processes.

Ensure compliance with corporate operational standards and audit requirements.

Manage workforce scheduling, labor cost optimization, and peak-season staffing models.

Lead in-store events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and brand engagement.

Maintain a culture of service excellence and brand representation consistent with luxury positioning.
Strategic Support

Collaborate with the Regional Director on long-term sales growth and market penetration strategies.

Support expansion initiatives and store redesign projects where applicable.

Provide customer insights and performance data to corporate merchandising and product teams.

Contribute to localized community engagement and partnership opportunities.

Align store operations with ESG and sustainability initiatives (packaging reduction, energy efficiency).

Support digital transformation initiatives, including POS modernization and analytics integration.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

7+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, including flagship or high-volume locations.

Proven track record in managing store-level P&L responsibility.

Experience within luxury fashion, premium lifestyle, or high-end retail environments strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and customer retention.

Strong understanding of visual merchandising standards and brand presentation excellence.

Familiarity with POS systems, retail analytics dashboards, and omnichannel operations.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $100,000 – $195,000 USD
