Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications — What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).

8+ years of experience in operations, production management, or business process optimization.

Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, complex environments.

Partner with the Director of Operations and Chief Operations Officer to align tactical execution with corporate strategy.

Support executive teams with performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for process scalability.

Act as a key contributor in quarterly business reviews and operational planning sessions.
