Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of operations strategy, from planning and forecasting to process improvement and performance tracking.

  • Oversee cross-departmental coordination to ensure seamless workflow between production, logistics, finance, and HR.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs that measure productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.

  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational outcomes.

  • Drive technology integration to automate workflows and optimize resource allocation.

  • Partner with finance and supply chain teams to maintain accurate budget forecasts and financial targets.

  • Mentor and develop team leaders, creating a culture of accountability and performance.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.


Qualifications — What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, production management, or business process optimization.

  • Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, complex environments.

  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into actions.

  • Expertise in ERP systems, data analytics, and performance tracking tools (SAP, Oracle, or Workday).

  • Demonstrated success in process re-engineering, capacity planning, and cost optimization.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


Strategic Support

  • Partner with the Director of Operations and Chief Operations Officer to align tactical execution with corporate strategy.

  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives in productivity, safety, and digital transformation.

  • Support executive teams with performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for process scalability.

  • Act as a key contributor in quarterly business reviews and operational planning sessions.
