This is not a traditional account management role. It requires a highly strategic operator who can navigate C-suite relationships, understand complex business challenges, and position our platform as a critical driver of business outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, customer success, and executive leadership to ensure our clients realize maximum value from our solutions—while identifying opportunities for expansion, innovation, and long-term growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term client success and retention

Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives and growth opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers

Identify opportunities for account expansion, including upsell, cross-sell, and new solution adoption

Partner with sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and maximize customer lifetime value

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices based on industry trends and platform capabilities

Lead regular business reviews (QBRs/EBRs), presenting performance metrics, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for client needs and influence product roadmap

Monitor account health metrics, proactively addressing risks, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

Support contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions

Stay informed on the competitive landscape and market trends to position solutions effectively

Drive alignment across internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences
Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)

8–12+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or customer success roles

Proven track record in managing large, complex enterprise accounts with significant revenue responsibility

Experience within SaaS, AI platforms, customer experience technologies, or digital transformation solutions

Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes

Demonstrated success in driving account growth, retention, and customer satisfaction

Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven account management approaches

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously

Compensation Package: $218,000 – $310,000 (base salary aligned with experience and account portfolio scope)
