We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support enterprise transformation by analyzing business needs, defining system requirements, and enabling the successful delivery of technology solutions. This role will work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology to ensure that business objectives are effectively translated into scalable and efficient digital solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• 5–10+ years of experience in IT business analysis, systems analysis, or technology consulting roles.

• Experience within banking, fintech, or financial services environments strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and system design.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and project management tools.

• Experience with data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of core banking systems, digital payment platforms, or financial applications preferred.

• Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration systems.

• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile certifications) are advantageous.
