We are seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory operations across large-scale distribution facilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in managing pharmaceutical and healthcare inventory. This role will play a key part in optimizing inventory processes, improving system accuracy, and supporting overall supply chain performance.
The Inventory Control Manager will collaborate closely with warehouse operations, procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory management across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage inventory control processes across distribution centers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock optimization strategies.
• Implement and monitor cycle counting programs, physical inventory audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, storage requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory tracking systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to inventory variances, shrinkage, and system inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to align inventory planning with demand forecasts and supply constraints.
• Optimize warehouse layout and inventory placement to improve picking efficiency and operational workflow.
• Implement process improvements to reduce waste, obsolescence, and stockouts.
• Monitor and report on key inventory metrics, including inventory turnover, accuracy rates, and service levels.
• Lead initiatives focused on automation, digitalization, and advanced inventory analytics.
• Train and develop inventory control teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
• Support audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and internal quality teams.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–12+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated distribution environments strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, WMS, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Experience managing inventory in high-volume, multi-site distribution environments.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical storage and distribution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and digital supply chain solutions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS/CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $128,000 – $239,000
