The Executive Vice President, Finance & Growth is a senior executive role responsible for unifying financial strategy with growth initiatives, performance management, capital allocation, and long-range planning. This leader partners closely with executive leadership to drive informed decision-making, accelerate profitable growth, and ensure financial discipline across all business functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead enterprise financial strategy encompassing forecasting, planning, performance management, and growth analytics.

Partner with executive leadership to align financial priorities with business growth objectives and long-term strategy.

Oversee budgeting, financial modeling, capital allocation, and investment evaluation frameworks.

Drive revenue growth initiatives through data-driven insights, pricing strategy support, and unit economics analysis.

Strengthen financial governance, reporting standards, and performance transparency across the organization.

Support M&A, partnerships, and expansion initiatives through financial diligence and valuation analysis.

Lead financial transformation initiatives, including systems modernization, automation, and analytics enhancement.

Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Sales, and Product teams to optimize margin performance and scalability.

Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting for leadership and board review.

Mentor senior finance leaders and build a high-performance finance organization.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of progressive experience in Finance leadership roles within enterprise or high-growth environments.

Strong background in financial strategy, FP&A, corporate finance, and growth analytics.

Experience supporting revenue growth, scaling operations, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and partner cross-functionally.

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and performance measurement expertise.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.

Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive and board-level audiences.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $298,000 – $385,000
