To support these initiatives, we are seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead enterprise IT operations, infrastructure strategy, and technology delivery across our healthcare platform ecosystem. This role will oversee a large team of engineers, infrastructure specialists, and IT operations professionals responsible for maintaining and evolving critical healthcare systems.
The Director will work closely with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and product teams to ensure that technology infrastructure aligns with both business objectives and patient care outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, systems operations, and technology services across healthcare platforms.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of cloud environments, data centers, and enterprise applications supporting clinical and operational workflows.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical healthcare systems and patient data platforms.
• Drive IT modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, system integration, and infrastructure optimization.
• Establish and enforce IT governance, security protocols, and compliance standards aligned with healthcare regulations.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure data protection, risk mitigation, and system resilience.
• Lead IT service management (ITSM) initiatives to improve incident response, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships with technology providers, cloud platforms, and healthcare IT vendors.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations teams to align IT solutions with healthcare delivery needs and patient outcomes.
• Oversee IT budgeting, resource planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Implement performance monitoring frameworks and KPI-driven reporting for IT operations.
• Lead and develop high-performing IT teams across multiple regions and functions.
• Provide strategic input to executive leadership on technology investments and infrastructure strategy.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
• 12–18+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Proven experience within healthcare IT, digital health platforms, or regulated technology environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing, enterprise systems, infrastructure architecture, and IT operations.
• Experience managing mission-critical systems with high availability requirements.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks related to data privacy and security.
• Experience leading large IT teams and managing cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing IT budgets and capital investments.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and enterprise technology governance models.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $300,000 – $425,000
