The Director of Information Technology will lead the enterprise IT function, overseeing infrastructure, service delivery, enterprise systems, cybersecurity coordination, and digital workplace technologies. This role requires a leader capable of managing complex IT ecosystems at scale while ensuring system reliability, security compliance, and continuous innovation.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, business units, and global technology teams to design and execute an IT strategy that supports operational excellence, business continuity, and digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the enterprise-wide IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Oversee cloud environments, on-prem systems, network infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all critical IT systems and services.
  • Manage IT service delivery, including helpdesk, endpoint management, and system support functions.
  • Drive implementation of cybersecurity policies, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, system modernization, and automation.
  • Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
  • Establish IT governance frameworks and ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee IT budgeting, resource planning, and infrastructure investments.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 12–18+ years of experience in enterprise IT leadership roles.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Deep knowledge of networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
  • Experience with ITIL frameworks and enterprise service delivery models.
  • Proven experience leading IT transformation or modernization programs.
  • Strong vendor management and enterprise procurement experience.

Working Conditions

  • Compensation Package: $254,000 – $395,000 base + performance bonus + long-term incentives
