Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in global marketing leadership roles, preferably in technology or digital platforms.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-region marketing initiatives.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, brand strategy, and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Experience working with AI-driven marketing tools, analytics platforms, and customer data ecosystems.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $310,000 – $434,000 base + performance bonus + long-term equity incentives
