The Finance & Operations function plays a central role in aligning financial strategy with operational execution, enabling the organization to scale effectively while maintaining strong cost discipline and performance visibility. We leverage advanced financial planning systems, real-time operational analytics, and automation tools to optimize decision-making across all business units.
The Director of Finance & Operations will serve as a key leader responsible for integrating financial oversight with operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage financial planning, operational performance, and process optimization within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that financial goals and operational capabilities are aligned, scalable, and positioned to support long-term growth. This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance management.
- Develop integrated strategies that align financial objectives with operational execution.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, including revenue performance, cost efficiency, and operational KPIs.
- Lead initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and operational scalability.
- Partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making and accountability.
- Implement and enhance systems for financial reporting, operational analytics, and performance tracking.
- Support strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product launches, and investment planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across finance and operations functions.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in finance, operations, or combined finance & operations leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), operational strategy, and performance management.
- Experience working in technology, SaaS, or high-growth enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analytics tools, and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan).
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and operational frameworks.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $317,000 – $435,000 base + performance bonus + long-term equity incentives
