About the Role

The Director of Digital Marketing will lead the end-to-end strategy for our digital ecosystem and online brand experience. This role is responsible for generating a high-quality inbound pipeline, significantly increasing organic traffic, improving engagement across digital platforms, and ensuring strong visibility across traditional search and emerging AI-powered discovery channels.

You will oversee the digital brand identity across all online touchpoints, including SEO, SEM, paid media, website experience, and digital analytic,s while ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance objectives.

This is a high-impact leadership role that blends strategy, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to elevate digital presence and effectively support company-wide growth.


What You Will Do

  • Lead, develop, and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy that strengthens brand identity and supports demand generation efforts.

  • Drive strategic planning for digital presence, ensuring scalability to support growth initiatives such as market expansion, acquisitions, and new product launches.

  • Own website experience, performance, governance, and continuous optimization to improve SEO rankings, engagement, conversions, and pipeline quality.

  • Lead a team of digital specialists (UX/UI, CRO, paid media), fostering a balanced culture of performance marketing and brand integrity.

  • Collaborate with content, design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences that are both high-performing and on-brand.

  • Manage the digital roadmap, working cross-functionally to prioritize enhancements aligned with user experience and brand guidelines.

  • Oversee website operations, including content management, information architecture, localization, analytics, and conversion optimization.

  • Direct comprehensive SEO strategy including technical SEO, content alignment, keyword strategy, link building, and optimization for AI-driven search experiences.

  • Manage conversion funnels, landing page strategy, CTAs, and lead capture systems—including tagging, tracking, and attribution logic.

  • Analyze digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager to guide optimization decisions.

  • Translate data insights into recommendations that improve digital experience, user paths, and acquisition performance across channels.

  • Partner closely with marketing operations, developers, design teams, and agencies to ensure all digital initiatives maintain brand consistency.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable dashboards, insights, and strategic decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level digital ecosystems while maintaining a consistent brand experience.


What You Need

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, including website strategy, experimentation, and paid media management.

  • Experience leading digital marketing teams and managing external partners or agencies.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO (technical + content), AI search optimization, performance marketing, and funnel optimization.

  • Experience aligning digital initiatives with brand identity across channels.

  • Background working in SaaS, technology, product-led growth, or high-growth environments.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to scope, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Experience with analytics, attribution modeling, and tag management systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (SaaS experience strongly preferred).

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship.
