- Drive cross-functional initiatives to support market entry and expansion strategies.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to track business development effectiveness.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 12–18+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale deals and driving significant revenue growth.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, or digital transformation environments is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in market analysis, partnership development, and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to work with executive stakeholders and global teams.
