Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree in business leadership or international business strongly preferred.
• 18+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within enterprise technology or software companies.
• Minimum 10+ years serving in senior global sales leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading large global sales organizations responsible for multi-billion-dollar revenue targets.
• Proven experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions, including SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, or AI technologies.

Total Compensation Package: $380,000 – $495,000
