About the Role

This executive leadership role will oversee the company’s entire services ecosystem, including professional services, enterprise implementation, customer success operations, managed services, and long-term client engagement programs.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree in business leadership or technology management strongly preferred.
• 18–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise services, consulting, or technology service delivery roles.
• Minimum 10+ years leading global services organizations within large technology or consulting companies.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise implementation programs and global service delivery frameworks.
• Strong expertise in professional services management, customer success programs, and enterprise consulting engagements.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

Total Compensation Package: $375,000 – $487,000
