About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategically driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the global revenue strategy for a rapidly expanding artificial intelligence and enterprise SaaS organization delivering next-generation digital platforms to large enterprises and global institutions. This executive leadership role will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating functions across the company, including global sales, strategic partnerships, customer success, revenue operations, and market expansion initiatives.

The Chief Revenue Officer will play a central role in defining how the organization accelerates revenue growth while strengthening long-term customer relationships and expanding market presence across international regions. Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.

• MBA or advanced degree in business strategy or leadership strongly preferred.

18–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles.

• Minimum 10+ years serving in executive leadership roles managing global revenue organizations.

• Proven success driving revenue growth within enterprise SaaS, artificial intelligence, or digital platform companies.

• Strong expertise in enterprise sales strategy, commercial negotiations, and global market expansion.

• Experience managing large international sales teams and complex enterprise deal cycles.

• Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models and SaaS pricing frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing commercial organizations.

• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage large revenue portfolios and sales budgets.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive executive compensation package designed to attract world-class commercial leadership talent.

Total Compensation Package: $425,000 – $510,000
