Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and market opportunities.
• Lead the global product organization, including product management, product design, product operations, and platform strategy.
• Drive the development of next-generation AI and cloud platform capabilities, ensuring differentiation in a highly competitive market.
• Establish and scale product lifecycle management frameworks, from ideation through launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-performance, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Own product portfolio performance, including revenue contribution, adoption metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling product narratives for enterprise buyers and stakeholders.
• Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies to maximize product value and market penetration.
• Align product strategy with go-to-market teams to ensure seamless product launches and demand generation alignment.
• Establish a data-driven product culture, leveraging customer insights, usage analytics, and market intelligence.
• Engage directly with key enterprise clients and strategic partners to shape product direction and innovation priorities.
• Support M&A strategy through product due diligence, integration planning, and portfolio rationalization.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in product leadership roles, with significant tenure in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or cloud infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record of building and scaling global product organizations in high-growth, complex enterprises.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML platforms, distributed systems, cloud architecture, and data-driven products.
• Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling enterprise-grade products with significant revenue impact.
• Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams in highly complex environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, monetization models, and market positioning.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.

Working Conditions

• Fully remote within the United States, with executive-level travel (15–25%) for board meetings, global team alignment, and strategic client engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Package: $400,000 – $520,000 (base salary + executive bonus + significant equity participation)
