We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead global operations across all business units and geographies. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

This executive will oversee a broad operational portfolio, including infrastructure operations, service delivery, supply chain, engineering coordination, and global performance management, while driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, reliability, and long-term growth.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the organization’s global operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth, innovation, and market expansion objectives.

• Oversee end-to-end operations across data centers, cloud platforms, infrastructure networks, and service delivery systems.

• Drive operational excellence through the implementation of digital transformation, automation, and performance optimization initiatives.

• Manage large-scale global operations, ensuring high levels of system availability, reliability, and performance.

• Oversee supply chain, procurement, and logistics functions supporting infrastructure development and operations.

• Implement advanced technologies including AI-driven analytics, predictive maintenance, and real-time operational monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, including data security, environmental standards, and operational governance.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, finance, and commercial teams.

• Drive cost optimization initiatives and manage multi-billion-dollar operational budgets.

• Oversee risk management, business continuity planning, and operational resilience strategies.

• Establish and monitor KPIs related to operational efficiency, uptime, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

• Lead and develop global teams, including regional operations leaders and functional heads.

• Provide executive-level reporting to the CEO and board on operational performance and strategic initiatives.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, infrastructure management, or technology-driven industries.

• Proven experience managing large-scale global operations within cloud, infrastructure, or capital-intensive environments.

• Strong expertise in digital transformation, operational optimization, and large-scale program management.

• Experience overseeing complex, multi-regional operations and large teams.

• Deep understanding of infrastructure systems, supply chain integration, and service delivery models.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-billion-dollar budgets and operational investments.

• Experience working closely with executive leadership and presenting to board-level stakeholders.

• Proven ability to drive organizational transformation and operational excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $410,000 – $529,000
