About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Legal Services Officer (CLSO) to lead the global legal services organization of a multinational professional services firm that provides comprehensive legal advisory, regulatory consulting, and corporate legal management services to Fortune 500 corporations, institutional investors, and multinational enterprises operating across complex international markets.

The Chief Legal Services Officer will serve as a senior executive responsible for overseeing the delivery of integrated legal services across the organization’s global practice areas, including corporate law, regulatory advisory, mergers and acquisitions, international compliance, intellectual property protection, and complex commercial transactions. Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.

• Admission to practice law in at least one major jurisdiction.

• 20+ years of progressive experience in corporate law, legal advisory services, or international legal practice leadership.

• Minimum 10–12 years in senior leadership roles within global law firms, corporate legal departments, or professional services organizations.

• Extensive experience managing complex multinational legal engagements.

• Deep understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and international legal frameworks.

• Proven ability to lead large legal organizations and manage multidisciplinary legal teams.

Total Compensation Package: $400,000 – $510,000
