The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will lead the development and execution of a holistic, forward-looking cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the protection of data, systems, and infrastructure across a globally distributed environment. This role requires a leader who can balance risk management, regulatory compliance, and business agility, while enabling innovation and growth.
You will work at the intersection of technology, governance, and executive leadership, shaping how the organization anticipates threats, responds to incidents, and maintains trust with customers, partners, and regulators. This is a board-level role, with direct influence on enterprise strategy and long-term resilience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization’s global cybersecurity strategy and risk management framework.
- Oversee security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Implement and maintain Zero Trust architecture, cloud security frameworks, and identity access management systems.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards, data protection laws, and industry security frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.).
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives in cyber resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Engage with executive leadership and the board to provide regular updates on security posture and risk exposure.
- Build and lead a world-class cybersecurity organization across multiple regions.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to embed security-by-design principles into all solutions.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and cybersecurity partners.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or IT risk management, with significant leadership experience.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise security programs in large-scale, global organizations.
- Deep expertise in cloud security, network security, threat intelligence, and risk management frameworks.
- Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and data privacy laws.
- Experience working with executive leadership, boards, and regulatory bodies.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly preferred.

- Enable business growth by balancing security, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $410,000 – $548,000 base + executive bonus + long-term equity incentives
