To lead this transformation, we are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) who will drive the enterprise technology strategy and oversee the global information technology organization. The CIO will be responsible for aligning technology innovation with business growth, ensuring operational resilience across mission-critical systems, and enabling scalable digital infrastructure capable of supporting future global expansion.

Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a core member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Information Officer will work closely with business unit leaders, product engineering teams, security leadership, and the board of directors to deliver transformative technology initiatives that support the organization’s long-term strategic objectives.

This role requires a technology executive capable of overseeing complex IT ecosystems, large engineering and infrastructure teams, and global technology operations while maintaining the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s enterprise technology strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

• Lead global IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, data systems, and application development initiatives.

• Oversee modernization of legacy technology systems through cloud migration, platform integration, and microservices architecture.

• Drive enterprise adoption of AI, machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics technologies to enhance operational performance and customer experience.

• Ensure high availability and reliability of mission-critical financial systems and digital transaction platforms.

• Establish and maintain strong IT governance frameworks, operational standards, and performance metrics.

• Partner with cybersecurity leadership to ensure enterprise systems maintain the highest levels of data protection and digital resilience.

• Lead large global teams responsible for IT operations, infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture, enterprise applications, and data platforms.

• Manage enterprise technology budgets, capital investments, and long-term infrastructure planning.

• Oversee vendor partnerships with major technology providers, including cloud infrastructure vendors, enterprise software providers, and cybersecurity platforms.

• Implement enterprise-wide technology risk management frameworks and operational resilience programs.

• Provide strategic technology insights and performance updates to the CEO, executive leadership team, and board technology committees.

• Champion innovation initiatives that support new digital products, fintech partnerships, and global technology expansion.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• MBA, Master’s degree in Technology Management, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology, IT operations, or large-scale digital infrastructure management.

• Proven experience leading global IT organizations supporting complex digital platforms and mission-critical systems.

• Strong background in cloud architecture, enterprise systems integration, infrastructure modernization, and platform scalability.

• Experience managing technology ecosystems supporting financial services, fintech platforms, or high-volume transaction environments highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large engineering teams and complex enterprise technology budgets.

• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, data governance, and digital platform development.

• Prior experience interacting with executive leadership and presenting technology strategy to board-level stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $410,000 – $530,000
