We are seeking a Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer to architect and lead a globally integrated DEI strategy, ensuring that inclusion becomes a measurable driver of organizational performance, innovation, and patient impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy aligned with enterprise objectives and ESG commitments.
- Embed DEI principles across all organizational dimensions, including talent acquisition, leadership development, clinical programs, and product design.
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate DEI into business strategy, operational performance, and innovation frameworks.
- Establish and track enterprise-wide DEI metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures, including workforce representation and equity outcomes.
- Lead initiatives focused on health equity, inclusive patient engagement, and culturally competent care delivery models.
- Oversee global programs supporting inclusive leadership, employee engagement, and organizational culture transformation.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance frameworks related to equal employment, healthcare equity standards, and ESG reporting.
- Drive supplier diversity strategies and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, Clinical, and Product teams to ensure DEI is integrated across all functions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership on DEI-related strategy and governance.
- Represent the organization externally in industry forums, policy discussions, and global partnerships focused on diversity and equity.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Human Resources, Public Health, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.
- 15–20+ years of leadership experience in diversity & inclusion, organizational development, or human capital strategy.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide DEI initiatives within large, complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, life sciences, or regulated industry environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing data-driven DEI strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Experience engaging with executive leadership and Boards on DEI and ESG topics.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards related to equal employment, healthcare equity, and compliance.
- Strong experience managing global programs across multiple geographies and cultures.

Working Conditions

Job Function

- Compensation Package: $420,000 – $540,000 (base salary)
