As Chief Compliance Officer, you will serve as the enterprise leader for compliance strategy, overseeing global programs, engaging directly with regulators, and partnering with the Board to safeguard the company’s reputation and resilience.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Compliance Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee a global compliance program that aligns with business growth and regulatory obligations.

Regulatory Oversight: Ensure adherence to financial, data privacy, cybersecurity, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations across jurisdictions.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks while embedding controls into enterprise processes.

Governance & Reporting: Maintain transparent reporting to the CEO, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors.

Regulatory Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with U.S. and international regulators, auditors, and enforcement agencies.

Training & Culture: Lead enterprise-wide compliance education programs that reinforce integrity and ethical behavior.

Monitoring & Technology: Drive adoption of monitoring tools, AI-driven analytics, and compliance automation to enhance oversight.

Executive Leadership: Partner with the C-Suite to ensure compliance informs product design, client engagements, and operational decisions.
Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

20+ years of progressive experience in compliance, risk management, or legal affairs, with at least 10+ years in senior or executive roles.

Proven success in financial services, fintech, or global Fortune 500 organizations.

Deep expertise in AML, KYC, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), SOX, and SEC/FINRA frameworks.

Advanced degree in Law, Finance, or Business; JD, CPA, or CAMS certification strongly preferred.

Exceptional executive presence with demonstrated ability to engage directly with Boards and regulators.

Strong communication and influencing skills with success in managing global compliance programs.

Experience leading large, cross-border teams in highly regulated industries.
Strategic Support
