About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Academic Officer (CAO) to lead the academic strategy and institutional learning framework for a rapidly expanding global higher education and digital learning organization dedicated to delivering world-class academic programs through advanced technology platforms and international university partnerships.
The Chief Academic Officer will serve as the organization’s most senior academic leader, responsible for defining and guiding the academic mission, curriculum innovation, faculty excellence, and institutional learning outcomes across a global network of academic programs. The role will also require leadership in implementing data-driven academic performance systems that measure student success, retention rates, and learning outcomes. By leveraging advanced education analytics, the Chief Academic Officer will guide institutional improvements that enhance academic quality and student engagement.
In addition to overseeing academic governance, the CAO will play a central role in shaping faculty culture and professional development initiatives. This includes attracting distinguished educators, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring faculty members are supported with modern instructional tools and research opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in higher education leadership, academic administration, or institutional governance within globally recognized universities, research institutions, or innovative digital education organizations. This individual must possess deep academic expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to advancing the future of education through innovation and global collaboration.
Ultimately, the Chief Academic Officer will guide the academic vision of the organization while ensuring that students and learners worldwide receive exceptional educational experiences that prepare them for leadership in a rapidly evolving global economy.
