We are seeking a visionary Chief Digital Growth Officer (CDGO) to lead the organization’s global digital growth strategy and architect scalable growth engines that accelerate market expansion and customer adoption.
This role represents a key executive leadership position responsible for transforming digital engagement into sustained enterprise growth.
Job Function
The Chief Digital Growth Officer will lead the organization’s global digital growth strategy, integrating marketing, product growth, digital customer acquisition, data analytics, and customer lifecycle optimization.
This executive will design and scale digital growth systems that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and long-term revenue expansion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define and execute the organization’s enterprise digital growth strategy aligned with corporate revenue and market expansion goals.

Develop customer acquisition strategies leveraging digital channels, data-driven marketing, and growth experimentation frameworks.

Integrate marketing automation technologies, CRM platforms, and customer data platforms to optimize digital engagement.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

18+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital growth, digital marketing, product growth, or revenue strategy roles.

Extensive experience within enterprise SaaS, artificial intelligence platforms, cloud infrastructure, or global digital platforms industries.

Proven success leading digital growth strategies within high-growth technology organizations.

Deep expertise in growth analytics, marketing technology platforms, product-led growth strategies, and customer lifecycle optimization.

Experience implementing advanced digital marketing ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms.

Strong understanding of enterprise sales models and subscription-based revenue frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and data analytics organizations.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Executive Compensation Package: $375,000 – $485,000 USD
