Ensuring operational alignment across these functions requires disciplined governance, data-driven product decision frameworks, and scalable product lifecycle management systems.

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Operations to lead the global product operations function and architect the operational infrastructure that supports high-velocity product innovation across our enterprise technology portfolio.

This is not a product management role. This is an executive leadership mandate responsible for enabling product organizations to operate at a global scale.


Job Function

The Vice President of Product Operations will oversee the operational infrastructure supporting the entire product organization, including product lifecycle governance, cross-functional coordination, data-driven decision frameworks, product portfolio management, and operational analytics.

This executive ensures that product teams operate with clarity, efficiency, and scalability across the entire innovation lifecycle from concept development through global product deployment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead the global product operations function supporting enterprise product development and innovation initiatives.

  • Establish scalable operational frameworks governing product lifecycle management across multiple product lines.

  • Implement standardized processes for product planning, prioritization, and roadmap governance.

  • Oversee operational coordination between product management, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

  • Develop analytics frameworks measuring product performance, adoption metrics, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead the implementation of product management platforms and operational tools supporting product teams.

  • Drive operational alignment between product strategy and enterprise business objectives.

  • Implement governance structures ensuring efficient cross-functional collaboration during product development cycles.

  • Manage global product portfolio performance tracking, including delivery timelines, adoption rates, and customer outcomes.

  • Establish operational reporting dashboards for executive leadership and Board stakeholders.

  • Lead operational readiness initiatives supporting product launches and market expansion.

  • Guide product teams in scaling agile methodologies, experimentation frameworks, and continuous improvement processes.

  • Mentor and build high-performing product operations teams across global markets.


Strategic Support

  • Advise the Chief Product Officer and executive leadership on operational scalability of the product organization.

  • Support enterprise product strategy by enabling data-driven decision-making frameworks.

  • Strengthen alignment between product innovation, engineering execution, and commercial growth strategies.

  • Support mergers and acquisitions by integrating acquired product teams into the enterprise product ecosystem.

  • Contribute to long-term innovation planning and technology platform strategy.

  • Guide digital product transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer impact.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in product operations, product management, or technology operations roles.

  • 8+ years within enterprise SaaS, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, or advanced digital platform environments.

  • Proven experience scaling product organizations within high-growth technology companies.

  • Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, agile frameworks, and product analytics systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and commercial functions.

  • Experience implementing product management tools and operational infrastructure at enterprise scale.

  • Proven success in presenting product performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; MBA strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Executive Compensation Package: $385,000 – $460,000 USD
