Job Description
About the Role
At enterprise scale, execution discipline is a strategic advantage. We are seeking a Vice President of Program Management to lead how the organization plans, governs, and delivers its most complex, cross-functional initiatives and programs that directly shape strategy, operating performance, and long-term value creation.
This role sits at the center of the company’s execution engine. The Vice President will own the enterprise program management function, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into coordinated, high-velocity execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams. The portfolio includes multi-year initiatives such as digital modernization, AI adoption, platform transformation, operating-model redesign, and global scale programs.
You will design and institutionalize an enterprise-grade execution framework bringing clarity to priorities, rigor to governance, transparency to performance, and accountability to outcomes. Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, C-suite, and Board, the VP of Program Management ensures that complexity does not slow progress and that delivery remains aligned with strategic intent.
This is not a PMO oversight role. It is a mandate to build execution excellence as a core enterprise capability, embedding discipline, pace, and results into how the organization operates.

Drive executive transparency through dashboards, value-realization tracking, and risk escalation processes.

Build, mentor, and retain senior program leaders with strong succession depth.
