We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Product Strategy to architect the multi-year product direction, market positioning framework, and innovation investment model for our enterprise AI platform, fully remote within the United States.

This is not a product management delivery role. This is an enterprise-level product vision and portfolio mandate.

Job Function

The Vice President of Product Strategy will define the long-term product vision, portfolio architecture, platform expansion priorities, competitive differentiation strategy, and innovation investment roadmap across a multi-product AI ecosystem.

This executive ensures alignment between market opportunity, customer demand, technical capability, and enterprise growth objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and lead multi-year product strategy across AI platform offerings

• Develop portfolio prioritization frameworks, balancing innovation and commercial impact

• Conduct market intelligence and competitive positioning analysis at enterprise scale

• Align product roadmaps with revenue growth, margin targets, and capital allocation

• Guide new product incubation initiatives from concept to commercialization

• Establish product governance frameworks and strategic KPI dashboards

• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance on roadmap alignment

• Oversee pricing and packaging strategy for enterprise AI solutions

• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations and strategic product partnership assessments

• Support enterprise client engagement for high-value strategic accounts

• Present product strategy updates and investment priorities to executive leadership and the Board

• Mentor senior product leaders across distributed teams

Strategic Support

• Advise the CEO and CPO on long-term market positioning and platform scalability

• Support entry into regulated and high-growth verticals

• Contribute to M&A evaluation and product integration strategy

• Align innovation investment with institutional capital expectations

• Strengthen enterprise narrative for investors and strategic partners

• Guide cross-functional digital transformation initiatives

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• 15–20+ years of progressive product leadership experience

• 8+ years in executive-level roles within enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or advanced technology sectors

• Proven experience defining multi-product portfolio strategy at scale

• Strong expertise in enterprise AI, data infrastructure, or cloud-native ecosystems

• Demonstrated success in aligning product direction with revenue growth and profitability

• Experience operating in high-growth, capital-backed environments

• Strong financial modeling and market analysis capability

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Total Executive Compensation Package: $340,000 – $430,000 USD
