Job Description
About the Role
At enterprise scale, product excellence depends on more than vision; it requires operational rigor, disciplined execution, and seamless alignment across teams. We are seeking a Vice President of Product Operations to build and lead the operating backbone that enables product organizations to deliver consistently, predictably, and at speed across a complex, global portfolio.
This role is designed for an executive who understands how to translate product strategy into execution reality. The VP of Product Operations will own the systems, processes, governance, and insights that connect Product Management, Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market teams, ensuring priorities are clear, trade-offs are explicit, and outcomes are measurable.
You will institutionalize best practices across portfolio planning, roadmap governance, capacity management, and product performance analytics. Partnering closely with the Chief Product Officer, CTO, and business leaders, you will modernize how products are planned, funded, built, launched, and iterated, leveraging data, AI-enabled tooling, and scalable operating models.
This is not a PMO or administrative role. It is a mandate to build product operations as a strategic enterprise capability, one that accelerates time-to-market, improves decision quality, and maximizes return on product investment at a global scale.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product operations organization.
