About the Role

At enterprise scale, product excellence is defined by the intersection of strategy, technology, and human-centered design. We are seeking a Vice President of Product and Design to lead the unified vision, strategy, and execution of product management and experience design across a global, technology-driven organization.

This role is designed for an executive who understands that great products are built where business outcomes, user needs, and technical capability converge. The VP of Product and Design will own end-to-end product strategy and experience design for a portfolio of platforms used by millions of users and enterprise customers worldwide. You will shape how products are conceived, prioritized, designed, built, and evolved, ensuring consistent excellence across usability, performance, and commercial impact.

As a core member of the executive leadership team, this leader will partner closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product and design decisions are tightly aligned with enterprise objectives. You will elevate product thinking and design maturity across the organization, embedding customer-centricity, evidence-based decision-making, and craft into how the company innovates and scales.

This is not a feature-delivery role. It is a mandate to build world-class products and design as a strategic capability, driving growth, differentiation, and long-term enterprise value.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the enterprise product and design vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across discovery, delivery, and optimization.

  • Lead and integrate Product Management and Design organizations into a cohesive operating model.

  • Partner with Engineering to ensure scalable, high-quality, and performant product delivery.

  • Establish product and design standards, rituals, and decision frameworks across the enterprise.

  • Drive customer insight, research, and usability testing to inform product direction.

  • Define and track success metrics across product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact.

  • Balance long-term platform strategy with near-term delivery and market needs.

  • Present product strategy, outcomes, and trade-offs to executive leadership and the Board.

  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing product and design leaders.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, product design, or digital leadership roles.

  • Proven success leading large-scale product and design organizations within enterprise or high-growth SaaS environments.

  • Strong understanding of modern product management practices, design systems, and platform strategy.

  • Experience delivering AI-enabled, data-driven products at scale.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and align cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Track record of driving measurable business outcomes through product and design excellence.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • Support M&A integration from a product and design perspective.

  • Enable long-term differentiation through customer-centric innovation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $350,000 – $400,000
