The Vice President of Product is a senior executive responsible for defining and executing the enterprise product vision across a broad portfolio of digital products and platforms. This role leads product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional execution while ensuring products deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

This position is designed for a product leader who combines strategic depth with operational excellence—someone who can influence enterprise direction, lead high-performing product organizations, and translate complex market needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and articulate the long-term product vision and strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.

  • Lead a multi-product portfolio across discovery, development, launch, optimization, and lifecycle management.

  • Establish product roadmaps grounded in customer insights, data analytics, and market intelligence.

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure aligned execution.

  • Drive prioritization frameworks that balance innovation, technical investment, customer value, and revenue impact.

  • Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, and product health.

  • Lead executive-level product reviews, roadmap discussions, and investment decisions.

  • Champion experimentation, continuous improvement, and modern product development practices.

  • Build scalable product governance, operating models, and decision-making processes.

  • Mentor and develop senior product leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management, including senior leadership responsibility across complex product portfolios.

  • Demonstrated success in Technology, SaaS, Platform, or Digital Product environments.

  • Strong command of modern product methodologies, agile delivery, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Architecture leadership in highly technical environments.

  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and guide enterprise-level strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences.

  • Support enterprise planning, investment prioritization, and long-range growth initiatives.

  • Influence corporate decisions related to platform evolution, digital transformation, and customer experience.

  • Partner with Finance and Strategy teams on forecasting, pricing models, and portfolio performance.

  • Provide executive insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $340,000 – $405,000

  • Executive annual performance bonus
