The Senior Director, DEI Officer plays an essential role in strengthening this commitment by shaping enterprise-wide DEI strategy, embedding inclusive practices into operational frameworks, and enabling leaders to build and sustain cultures where every individual feels valued and empowered.
This role influences executive decision-making, enhances workforce programs, and partners closely with HR, Talent, Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership to advance measurable progress. It is ideal for a forward-thinking DEI executive with the skill to balance cultural leadership, strategic planning, and evidence-based program development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of the organization’s DEI strategy across all business units.

Develop enterprise DEI frameworks, policies, and metrics to support belonging, representation, and equitable systems.

Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Operations to embed inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle.

Establish measurable goals and dashboards to track DEI progress, outcomes, and organizational impact.

Oversee programming focused on leadership training, cultural education, inclusive communication, and employee engagement.

Engage directly with executive leaders to advise on DEI risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.

Lead employee resource group (ERG) strategies, governance models, and support structures.

Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to maintain alignment with regulatory expectations and ethical workplace standards.

Represent DEI perspectives in major corporate initiatives including workforce planning, digital transformation, and global growth.

Drive continuous improvement efforts that modernize and expand DEI capabilities.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years of experience in DEI leadership, HR strategy, organizational development, or related fields.

Proven ability to design and implement large-scale DEI programs in enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of DEI analytics, workforce insights, and impact measurement methodologies.

Experience influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Strong communication, facilitation, and change-management skills.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or related fields preferred.

Influence enterprise programs related to leadership pipelines, digital transformation, and organizational growth.

Provide strategic insights that support compliance readiness, global expansion, and policy modernization.

Base Salary: $275,000 – $323,000
