Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Operations Technology Leadership: Lead strategy and execution of operations technology across global manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and operational platforms.

  • Digital Transformation: Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, automation, IoT integration, robotics enablement, and advanced analytics programs.

  • Global Systems Oversight: Oversee MES, ERP, SCADA, warehouse systems, predictive maintenance technologies, and digital workflow systems.

  • Operational Efficiency: Implement technology enhancements to improve cycle times, reduce downtime, increase throughput, and elevate quality performance.

  • Innovation & R&D Alignment: Partner with Engineering and R&D to integrate new technologies into production and supply chain operations.

  • Cyber & Risk Governance: Ensure OT (Operations Technology) cybersecurity, resilience, and compliance with global standards.

  • Vendor & Partnership Management: Manage large-scale technology partners, integrators, and infrastructure vendors to maximize ROI.

  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor cross-functional global teams across engineering, technology, automation, and digital operations.

  • Executive Reporting: Present insights, performance metrics, and investment recommendations to C-Suite and Board committees.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in operations technology, manufacturing systems, automation, or industrial engineering, including senior executive roles.

  • Expertise in Industry 4.0, IoT, MES, SCADA, ERP, automation solutions, and large-scale digital operations.

  • Proven background in advanced manufacturing, industrial technology, aerospace, automotive, or energy sectors.

  • Strong command of OT cybersecurity, data governance, and global compliance frameworks.

  • Experience managing multi-site global operations and complex technology environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.

  • Strong executive communication skills with Board-level presentation experience.

Strategic Support

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the COO, CTO, CIO, and executive committee on operational technology capability, investment planning, and enterprise digital transformation.

  • Support M&A integration, manufacturing modernization, and global expansion strategies.

  • Influence capital allocation decisions, infrastructure upgrades, and long-term operational roadmaps.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams on innovative solutions that enhance operational scalability and product performance.


Working Conditions

  • Remote role with occasional travel to global operational sites, leadership summits, and strategic planning sessions.

  • Requires flexibility to collaborate across international time zones.

  • High-accountability, high-visibility executive environment.

  • Work involves virtual engagement with cross-functional global teams, operations leaders, and technology groups.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $284,000 – $312,000

  • Incentives: Executive bonus program tied to operational performance

  • Long-Term Incentives: Equity, stock options, or LTIP based on eligibility
