Job Description

About the Role

In modern enterprises, strategy is no longer an annual exercise; it is a continuous, data-driven discipline that guides capital allocation, operating priorities, and long-term value creation. We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Strategy and Planning to define and steer enterprise-wide strategy, long-range planning, and execution alignment for a complex, global organization operating at scale.

This role is designed for a senior executive who can connect vision to execution, shaping where the company competes, how it wins, and how resources are deployed over multi-year horizons. The SVP will lead corporate strategy, strategic planning, and enterprise performance management, working closely with the CEO, CFO, Board, and executive leadership team.

The role spans corporate strategy, portfolio optimization, market and competitive intelligence, and enterprise planning. You will guide long-term growth initiatives, evaluate strategic investments, and ensure that annual and multi-year plans align with the company’s ambition, financial targets, and operating model.

This is not a theoretical strategy role. It is a mandate to drive clarity, discipline, and focus across the enterprise, ensuring that strategy informs decisions, trade-offs are explicit, and execution follows intent. The SVP of Strategy and Planning will shape the company’s trajectory and help define its next chapter of growth.
