Job Description
About the Role
At enterprise scale, operations is the engine that converts strategy into performance. We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead end-to-end operational excellence across a complex, global organization operating at the intersection of technology, services, and digital platforms.
This role is designed for an executive who can scale systems, optimize performance, and deliver results in environments where reliability, speed, and cost discipline are critical. The SVP of Operations will own the operating model across service delivery, process excellence, capacity planning, quality, and performance management, ensuring the enterprise executes consistently while adapting to growth and change.
As a core member of the executive leadership team, the SVP will partner with the CEO, CFO, CIO/CTO, and business unit leaders to modernize operations using automation, data, and AI-enabled insights. You will establish clear accountability, simplify complexity, and embed continuous improvement across regions and functions.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a mandate to build operations as a strategic advantage, one that improves margins, accelerates growth, strengthens customer outcomes, and scales with confidence.
