Job Description

About the Role

At enterprise scale, supply chain performance directly determines cost, service reliability, and customer trust. We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize critical segments of a global supply network supporting complex manufacturing, distribution, and customer delivery operations.

This role is designed for a senior leader who understands how to translate strategy into operational execution. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will own planning, execution, and continuous improvement across sourcing, production coordination, logistics, and inventory, ensuring the supply chain is resilient, efficient, and responsive to demand variability.

Partnering closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Technology, and Finance teams, you will drive initiatives that improve service levels, reduce working capital, and mitigate risk. You will operate with end-to-end visibility, using data and analytics to anticipate disruptions and improve performance across regions and suppliers.

This is not a transactional management role. It is a mandate to build supply chain operations as a scalable, data-driven enterprise capability, one that enables growth while maintaining control and resilience.

  • Experience driving operational improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and performance metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Procurement, Operations, and Finance.

  • A people leader who builds accountability and capability.

Strategic Support

  • Support enterprise supply chain strategy and network optimization initiatives.

  • Partner with Finance on working capital, cost, and margin improvement.

  • Collaborate with Technology teams on digital supply chain enablement.

  • Support new product introductions and market expansion initiatives.
