As a strategic partner to executive leadership, you will own the design and execution of operations strategies that power our manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment ecosystem. You’ll lead teams across multiple sites, oversee performance improvement initiatives, and ensure flawless execution in line with the company’s growth vision.

This is not a maintenance role — it’s a transformation role. We’re looking for an operations leader who thrives in complexity, inspires accountability, and turns challenges into opportunities. If you’re passionate about building the next generation of smart, data-driven operations — this is your stage.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across regional and global sites.

  • Develop and execute strategies for capacity planning, process automation, and workforce optimization.

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to align operational excellence with business goals.

  • Lead KPI-driven performance management, ensuring delivery against safety, quality, productivity, and sustainability metrics.

  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to enhance production throughput and reduce waste.

  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

  • Mentor and develop high-performing managers and supervisors across diverse teams.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics, preferably within global organizations.

  • Proven success managing multi-site operations with P&L accountability.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process automation.

  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analytics tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and influence across all organizational levels.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to translate operational insights into measurable business outcomes.

Strategic Support

  • Serve as a trusted operational advisor to the VP of Operations and the executive leadership team.

  • Lead key strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation, sustainability, and customer success.

  • Drive alignment between corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution.

  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Technology to optimize resource utilization and workforce productivity.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid role with flexibility for on-site leadership and remote collaboration.

  • Regular travel to regional manufacturing and logistics hubs (up to 20%).

  • Fast-paced, performance-driven environment built on collaboration, data, and results.

Essential Job Function

The Senior Operations Manager ensures the seamless execution of global operational initiatives that sustain growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role demands a visionary leader who can balance efficiency with innovation, transforming daily operations into a strategic advantage.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or APICS CPIM.

  • Experience in AI-driven operations, automation systems, or smart manufacturing.

  • Prior leadership within Fortune 500 industrial, logistics, or technology organizations.

  • Expertise in sustainability, ESG operations, or green manufacturing initiatives.
