About the Role
At enterprise scale, program management is not about tracking milestones; it is about orchestrating strategy, execution, and accountability across complex, multi-year initiatives. We are seeking a Senior Director of Program Management to lead a portfolio of high-impact programs that sit at the center of business transformation, technology modernization, and operational excellence.
This role is designed for a senior leader who understands how to translate executive strategy into disciplined execution across functions, geographies, and delivery models. The Senior Director will own enterprise program governance, delivery assurance, and performance management, ensuring that strategic initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business outcomes.
You will partner closely with C-suite leaders, business unit heads, Technology, Finance, and Operations to align priorities, manage interdependencies, and drive results. Your mandate is to create clarity, momentum, and accountability across the organization’s most critical initiatives.
This is not a PMO administration role. It is a mandate to build program management as a strategic execution engine that enables the enterprise to move faster, smarter, and with confidence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide program management across a portfolio of strategic initiatives.

Establish governance, standards, and execution frameworks for large-scale programs.

Translate executive priorities into structured program plans with clear outcomes.

Manage complex interdependencies across business units, technology, and vendors.

Ensure delivery discipline across scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations.

Partner with Finance on forecasting, investment tracking, and benefits realization.

Lead transformation and change initiatives tied to program delivery.

Build and develop senior program leaders and high-performing teams.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on execution strategy.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

15+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or large-scale delivery roles.

Proven success leading complex, multi-year enterprise programs.

Strong background in technology-enabled or operational transformation environments.

Experience partnering directly with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.

Deep understanding of governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to scale teams, frameworks, and operating models.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, etc.) preferred.
