The Senior Director of Operations leads high-performing teams and oversees mission-critical operational functions across multiple business units. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across enterprise teams, ensuring performance, efficiency, and service quality.

Develop multi-year operational strategies that support growth, scalability, and workflow optimisation.

Lead operational improvement initiatives including automation, digitisation, and process enhancement.

Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, performance measurement frameworks, and reporting systems.

Partner with Technology, Product, Finance, and Customer teams to enable strategic execution and operational readiness.

Drive governance programs including resource planning, workflow standardisation, risk assessments, and service delivery models.

Support operational planning cycles, budget reviews, cost controls, and forecasting activities.

Oversee operational compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.

Lead cross-functional projects to align teams around enterprise priorities and improve cross-team coordination.

Mentor and develop operations managers and emerging leaders across the organisation.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

12+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Delivery Management, or related leadership roles.

Strong background in technology environments, SaaS operations, enterprise platforms, or digital service ecosystems.

Proven ability to manage complex operational structures across multiple functions.

Expertise in process optimisation, digital transformation, and operational performance management.

Strong financial understanding including cost optimisation, budgeting, and ROI analysis.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership.
