PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Reporting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting standards.

Consolidations & Controls: Manage multi-entity consolidations and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.

Audit Management: Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory agencies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions across multiple regions.

Policy Development: Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with regulatory requirements.

Technology Enablement: Leverage ERP and financial systems to optimize workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce closing timelines.

Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing accounting teams, instilling a culture of accountability and precision.

Executive Engagement: Provide financial insights, variance analyses, and recommendations to the CFO, Audit Committee, and senior leadership team.
Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership or managerial role.

Proven success in financial services, corporate accounting, or global Fortune 500 organizations.

Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards.

CPA certification required; MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

Expertise in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial analytics tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with Board-level reporting experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-entity, cross-border accounting operations.
