Job Description

About the Organization

We are a U.S.-headquartered aerospace and advanced engineering technology enterprise delivering next-generation propulsion systems, autonomous flight technologies, space-grade manufacturing platforms, defense-adjacent engineering solutions, and AI-enabled systems integration across commercial and government sectors.

Our workforce includes highly specialized aerospace engineers, systems architects, AI researchers, advanced manufacturing specialists, and global program leaders operating in mission-critical, compliance-driven environments. Continuous innovation, precision execution, and regulatory rigor demand a workforce that evolves at the same velocity as the technology it builds.

As we scale production, expand global R&D centers, and integrate emerging AI-driven engineering systems, building a future-ready workforce through enterprise-grade learning architecture is central to long-term competitiveness.

We are seeking an executive-level Learning & Development Leadership professional to design and lead a global, technology-forward learning ecosystem that integrates leadership development, engineering capability expansion, technical certification pathways, and enterprise succession planning, fully remote within the United States.

This is not a training administration role. This is a strategic capability transformation mandate at an institutional scale.
