About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Information Technology (IT) to lead the company’s global technology strategy, overseeing digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise innovation.

As the senior-most technology executive, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team. You will lead the design and execution of an IT roadmap that enables scalability, resilience, and intelligent growth, ensuring every technology decision aligns with long-term business goals.

This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on insight, capable of managing complex IT ecosystems while driving innovation across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud operations, enterprise applications, and data analytics. You will lead a global team of IT professionals and vendors, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and accountability.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Information Technology strategy, ensuring digital systems, platforms, and architecture align with business objectives.

  • Oversee all IT operations, including cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and network performance.

  • Develop and execute the company’s digital transformation roadmap focused on automation, AI integration, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Drive IT governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives to ensure enterprise-wide security and stability.

  • Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology investments to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.

  • Lead technology innovation programs that improve internal collaboration, productivity, and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing to enable digital integration across all business functions.

  • Establish policies and best practices for IT service delivery, business continuity, and data integrity.


Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Technology Management preferred.

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience with at least 5 years in an executive or senior management role.

  • Proven track record of driving enterprise-level technology transformation initiatives.

  • Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems, and IT infrastructure modernization.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar IT budgets and vendor relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.


Strategic Support

  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving business growth through technology innovation.

  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure IT capabilities support long-term organizational strategy.

  • Provide insights into emerging technologies, digital risk management, and automation trends.

  • Represent the organization externally as a thought leader in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and IT excellence.
