The Financial Director plays a pivotal leadership role in guiding enterprise financial strategy, overseeing performance management, and ensuring disciplined capital allocation across high-value infrastructure investments. This executive will partner directly with senior leadership to drive financial resilience, scalable growth, and investor confidence in a highly regulated, capital-intensive environment.

This is not a transactional accounting role. It is a strategic finance leadership mandate focused on long-term enterprise value creation, structured capital deployment, and governance excellence.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and capital modeling initiatives.

  • Oversee budgeting and long-term financial strategy across multi-asset portfolios.

  • Drive financial performance analysis and profitability optimization programs.

  • Establish KPIs and executive dashboards to support strategic decisions.

  • Guide capital investment analysis, risk assessments, and funding structures.

  • Oversee compliance with regulatory reporting and internal control standards.

  • Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion projects.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Strategy teams to align financial planning with infrastructure development initiatives.

  • Present financial performance updates and risk analysis to executive leadership and board committees.

  • Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams across global markets.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

  • Experience within infrastructure, energy, capital-intensive industries, or large enterprise environments preferred.

  • Strong background in financial modeling, capital structuring, and performance analytics.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale budgets and multi-entity financial operations.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, GAAP standards, and internal controls.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.

  • CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.

  • Experience interacting with investors, lenders, and board-level stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $235,000 – $295,000

  • Executive annual performance bonus
