The Executive Director of Operations is a critical enterprise leadership role responsible for shaping, scaling, and optimizing operational excellence across a rapidly expanding global technology organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

12+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations within large-scale technology, infrastructure, or platform-based organizations.

Demonstrated success leading complex, global operations with multi-layered teams and stakeholders.

Strong expertise in operational governance, process design, and enterprise performance management.

Proven experience managing large budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional dependencies.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $318,000 – $405,000, commensurate with experience and location
