This role represents a critical investment in building a data-driven, enterprise-wide DEI function that operates at scale. The DEI Leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that enhance workforce diversity, equitable career progression, inclusive leadership capability, and measurable cultural transformation. The successful candidate will operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring DEI is aligned with business priorities and contributes directly to long-term organizational performance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise DEI strategy aligned with organizational growth, workforce planning, and global expansion
  • Embed DEI principles across all talent lifecycle stages, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Establish and manage DEI metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, ensuring transparency and accountability at all leadership levels
  • Partner with senior leadership to integrate DEI into business strategy, operational priorities, and innovation initiatives
  • Design and implement programs focused on inclusive leadership capability, employee engagement, and cultural transformation
  • Lead initiatives to improve workforce representation, pay equity, and career advancement opportunities across diverse populations
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and ESG commitments
  • Drive supplier diversity and external partnership strategies to enhance community impact and inclusive economic participation
  • Support global expansion by ensuring DEI practices are adapted to regional, cultural, and regulatory contexts
  • Facilitate leadership alignment and accountability through governance structures, executive reporting, and performance integration

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred
  • 12–18+ years of experience in DEI, human capital strategy, or organizational development
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide DEI programs within complex, global organizations
  • Strong understanding of diversity analytics, workforce data, and reporting frameworks
  • Experience integrating DEI into business operations, talent strategy, and organizational performance metrics
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks, regulatory requirements, and diversity reporting standards
  • Experience working within technology, digital platforms, or high-growth enterprise environments preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Strategic Support

  • Partner with executive leadership to align DEI with enterprise strategy, workforce planning, and growth objectives
  • Support global expansion initiatives by embedding inclusive practices across new markets and diverse workforce populations
  • Contribute to ESG and corporate responsibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with external reporting and stakeholder expectations
  • Provide insights into workforce trends, engagement, and organizational culture to support data-driven decision-making
  • Align DEI initiatives with innovation strategies, ensuring inclusive perspectives are integrated into product and service development

Working Conditions

  • Fully remote with global collaboration across multiple time zones
  • Regular interaction with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Travel requirement of approximately 20–30% for leadership meetings and strategic initiatives
  • High-impact role operating in a fast-paced, evolving global environment

Job Function

This role serves as the enterprise leader for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, responsible for designing and executing strategies that drive workforce diversity, inclusive culture, and equitable outcomes. The position integrates people strategy, business alignment, and organizational transformation into a unified leadership mandate.

  • Compensation Package: $310,000 – $438,000 (base salary)
